January 27: Chicken Enchiladas

UPDATE: We'll be meeting at Josh and Beth's place this week. Address is 1226 SW 176th Terrace, Beaverton.

Our lovely friends Josh and Beth are leading the meal preparation -- they're bringing chicken enchiladas! Mmm. So we'll go with a Mexican theme. We can have beans/refried beans, Spanish rice, chips and salsa/guac, or anything else you think of. Drinks or desserts are also welcomed. :)

Only little announcement thing is that there's an opening on the first Sunday of the month, February 7, for helping in the wobblers room. Let's get a few people signed up for the next couple of months.
