May 11: Zucchini Pasta
Anne and Charissa will be hosting and making dinner this week: zucchini pasta -- kind of like spaghetti but with zucchini noodles. So we can bring salad, fruit, bread, or veggies. Things like that. Post below what you might bring and who's coming. We'll meet at 6:30pm at 4075 NW Columbia Ave, Portland OR 97229.

If you're intimidated by the zucchini pasta, you can hardly tell the difference between it and real pasta...!! I don't usually say that about fo-food. I got enough zucchini to feed a small village... hopefully everyone can make it so it doesn't go to waste! :):):)
